Instructions
Start your phone wifi hotspot and connect your pc to it

2. launch the application
3. install the pc server software on you computer (server is free) [link below]
4. after installation launch the software
5. the software will generate a server ip which will be used by the app to interact with your system. {don't worry about writing it down}
6. just make sure your system is connected to your phone through wifi hotspot.
