step 1. Download Simple server PC version HERE
step 2. Extract the zip file to a new folder on your desktop background.
step 3. Open SimpleServer.ini and set it as follow;

Step4: Save the file and RUN SimpleServer.exe
Step5: Minimize the simpleserver

Step6: Launch Psiphon3 ( download HERE ) and click on the settings icon

Step7: In select desired psiphon server region, select Best Performance
Scroll down to Upstream proxy; Hostname: 127.0.0.1    Port:8080
click OK

Step8: Connect and start flexing with all your applications
