Tweaking android device imei: MobileUncle Tools method

 Tweaking of an Android phone imei means changing of the Android phone imei to another phone imei, usually to get free megabytes or other freebies allocated to the phone model. So many methods have been discovered for changing android device imei, some requiring use of pc.

Today, we will be discussing how to use mobileuncle tool for changing android device imei. This till now is the best and easiest method for changing an Android phone's imei. Works mostly on MTK device. The method does not require a PC.

How To Change Your Imei Using Mobile Uncle Tools Method ==> Get your Android phone rooted, (details HERE)

==> Install, Launch it and go to Engineering Mode

==> Select Engineer Mode [MTK]

==> Swipe to the right and select CDS Information

==> Select Radio Information.

==> Phone 1 represents sim 1 and Phone 2 sim 2. Select which of the sim you want, you will see a command line like this=>AT+

 

 

==> Now just add this line to it EGMR=1,7,"15 digit Imei No" and hit SEND AT COMMAND.

N.B: If you are to change that of sim 1 the command should look exactly like this AT+EGMR=1,7,"imei No" While Sim 2 should be AT+EGMR=1,10,"imei No"
And you are done. Reboot your phone and check the imei using *#06#

NOTE:
While changing your imei, should you get any response like; "command is not allowed in user build". Don't panic. Just add one space between the AT+ and EGMR... That is AT+(space)EGMR.
